The conference has secured rooms at special conference rates at the Hotel Grand Chancellor, Hobart and at the Mercure Hadleys Hotel, Hobart.

*You will need to select the hotel, indicate arrival and departure dates, arrival time and provide at least one night's deposit in advance to secure your booking.

Hotel Grand Chancellor, Hobart

Mountain Side Room - $195 per room per night

Overlooking the city and Mt Wellington - Rates are for Single, Twin or Double Accommodation. Bedding configuration is 1 King bed or 2 Double beds (subject to availability) - Maximum capacity is 3 people.

Harbour View Room - $230 per room per night

Sensational views over looking the waterfront - Rates are for Single, Twin or Double Accommodation. Bedding configuration is 1 King bed or 2 Double beds (subject to availability) - Maximum capacity is 3 people.

Please Note:

Rooming Configuration - Both rooms are furnished with a king bed or two double beds and completed with a contemporary décor. Ensuite marble bathrooms are spacious and include a bath

Sharing rooms - Sharing rooms does not result in any increase in tariff and is an effective means of reducing the cost of attending the meeting. Please indicate on your registration the room style you require and the name of other delegate with whom you wish to share

Extending your stay - The venue will offer the conference rate to delegates arriving early or staying on after the conference. Simply indicate your arrival and departure dates on your application. Changes to your booking - should always be done through the conference secretariat, NOT the hotel itself

Parking - Undercover secure parking will occur at an additional cost

Check-in/ Check-out -Check-in time is 3.00pm. For guests arriving prior to this time the venue will do all possible to provide earlier access to rooms. Alternatively pre-registration (i.e.: payment of the room from the night prior) will guarantee immediate access to guest’s rooms. Check-out time is 11.00am. Late departures or day-use can be arranged, upon request and subject to availability

Internet Access - Wireless Internet access in hotel lobby and mezzanine level (charges apply)
Broadband Internet access is available in the conference/accommodation rooms (charges apply)

Cancellations - Cancellation policies apply when made within 30 days of arrival. Rooms cancelled within 30 days of the conference will generally be charged the full price of the total accommodation booked. Please contact the secretariat if you wish to cancel your stay and would like to know the cancellation policy

Activities - Leisure facilities at The Hotel Grand Chancellor include a heated swimming pool, modern gym facilities, sauna and the acclaimed Restaurant Tasman and the Atrium Bar

Hadleys Hobart Hotel

Superior Queen Room - $165 per room per night

The Superior Room is ideal for those who enjoy the little extras in their hotel room. It features a work desk, leather armchairs, coffee table and WiFi access. Up to 2 adults.
